Positive: House was spacious, clean and tidy and safe street parking was readily available. Location was good for attractions with only 1 1/4 hour walk and public transport service into downtown Philadelphia
Negative: Battery on door lock needed replacement, but to be fair host helped us out in getting into property when an issue arose.

Positive: This was a great affordable place to stay near Philadelphia with our large family. The host was very attentive and helpful.
Negative: The kitchen was not equipped with pots and pans, but we reached out to the host and she delivered a new set of pots and pans to our door that night. It’s also right behind Walmart, but that ended up being a good thing when our youngest son forgot to pack socks.

Positive: The property was spacious and comfortable and clean. Everything we could expect. We really enjoyed our stay!
Negative: There are stairs. I have knee problems but because the stairs are carpeted it didn’t impact me as much.

Positive: Kitchen was great, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. Couch was comfortable. Street was quiet and yet really close to where we needed to be. Plenty of space for us to enjoy ourselves without being on top of each other.
Negative: If you're travelling with an active toddler it's not super little-kid friendly, but that's not a problem with the house only advice for future visitors.
